Lizaro Casino’s GDPR Compliance for Germany Users

At Lizaro Casino, we take data protection seriously. This page outlines how we meet GDPR requirements for our German users, what personal data we manage, and how affiliate arrangements affect privacy. We have built our platform to be transparent and user-friendly, so you can understand your rights without legal difficulty. Please review this information carefully before using our services.

Our Approach to Data Protection

We consider GDPR compliance as an continuous operational priority rather than a temporary project. Our internal policies encompass data minimisation, purpose limitation, storage limitation, integrity, and confidentiality. Every team that handles player information receives regular training on privacy principles and incident reporting. We also keep records of processing activities as mandated by Article 30 of the GDPR.

Privacy by design and by default is integrated in our development process. We only gather data that is necessary for a specific purpose, and we limit access through role-based controls. Where possible, we use pseudonymisation and encryption to minimize risks. Our data protection impact assessments assist us detect and reduce privacy risks before launching new features or affiliate tools.

Your Entitlements Under GDPR as a German User

As a resident in Germany, you have the right to obtain your personal data, ask for rectification, and demand erasure where no legal retention duty is relevant. You can also request restriction of processing, obtain your data in a portable format, and contest processing based on legitimate interests. We reply to verified requests within one month as mandated by the GDPR.

To exercise any right, contact our data protection team using the email supplied in the contact section below. We could need to verify your identity to avoid unauthorised disclosure. If you think our response is inadequate, you have the right to submit a complaint with your local German data protection supervisory authority. We will not sanction you for exercising your privacy rights.

Some rights are not absolute. For example, legal anti-money laundering rules might mandate us to retain transaction records for a set period, even if you demand erasure. Fraud prevention and regulatory obligations can also restrict immediate deletion. In such cases, we constrain processing and clarify the specific legal reason for any retained data.

Cross-border Data Transfers and Protections

Lizaro Casino may send personal data to service providers outside the European Economic Area. When this happens, we use recognised transfer mechanisms such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. We also perform transfer impact assessments and implement supplementary technical measures like encryption and access restrictions where appropriate.

We do not exchange personal data to third parties. Any processor receiving data on our behalf is subject to a data processing agreement that includes confidentiality, security, and deletion obligations. For affiliate platforms located outside the EEA, we evaluate their privacy safeguards before sharing limited referral data. German users can request a copy of relevant transfer safeguards.

Typical recipients include hosting providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and affiliate tracking platforms. Each recipient is assessed for security and compliance. We confine transferred data to what is needed for the specific service. Our contracts oblige processors to delete or return data when the service ends, unless longer storage is required by EU or member state law.

We do not share your full identity, payment details, or private communications with affiliates.

Affiliates obtain only aggregated or pseudonymised performance data unless the programme terms require a specific transaction reference. Our affiliate agreements include strict data protection clauses that prohibit misuse of player information. Affiliates must comply with GDPR when handling any data they gather independently on their own websites or landing pages.

If you want to become an affiliate, we collect business contact details, payment information, and tax identification data. This is essential to manage the partnership, verify eligibility, and pay commissions. We process affiliate applicant data under contract performance and legal obligations. Affiliate applicants have the same GDPR rights as players regarding their personal data.

Information we gather and the purpose

We obtain account data such as your name, email address, date of birth, and residential address. Legal Basis for Managing Personal Data

Under the GDPR, Lizaro Casino depends on lawful bases for each processing activity. Account creation and service delivery are based on the performance of our contract with you. We document these bases in our internal records and review them regularly.
